It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood! LOL

I am doing great on my food consumption. :D I am learning to eat sensibly I should say. This has been an area of discipline that I needed. Not that I am depriving myself; just learning to control unnecessary impulsion to eat when I am not hungry. Instead, I am learning to eat to satisfaction. :D I am also, keeping my cal. intake low. I have not been very active however; I am down 1 pound and thanking God for that victory.

Well that covers it for me...

Have a great Monday!

WOOOO HOOOO! Congrats on the loss, Girl! It's great that you got the food consumption under control. One step and one lb. at a time. Those one lb. losses will add up! Try to ease into the activity part of it. Do something you enjoy and that you'll be able to keep up with. That's what I always tell myself. Doesn't always work, but I try! LOL. Have a great day! (((((HUGS))))) :-)
