and that weight loss anticipation that hits every month is back 😆 I gained a pound for NO REASON, so that must mean I'm due for a drop. The scale plays mind games with me. When I stay strong during the fluctuations, I succeed. I took an extra walk yesterday when I really wanted to sleep. ✔️ I am a little more hungry today so I've decided to have a high fat day. Maybe confuse my body into dropping. I've been eating breakfast the last week and I usually skip it. I need to get back to not eating breakfast. I do best when my first meal is around 1 or 2pm. When I eat breakfast, I tend to become more hungry and graze a little. No bueno. That's my exciting analysis for the day. I need a really good night's sleep one of these days!!!!!!
