Gone to a plant-based diet. Trying to eat a lot more of low-cal veggies to get full without a lot of calories. Dropped a couple pounds since starting it a week or so ago.
277.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 112.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great! That's my approach, too. One of my discoveries how to get full on a small number of calories: shredded red cabbage, dressed with simple olive oil and lemon juice, with a handful of nuts as a topping. Chopped apple, celery, and/or onions are good additions to this. Very filling with relatively few calories.
