I just started low carb on 5/9/24 and I’m hoping to lose 20 pounds. I’m at 171, and my goal weight is 150. Trying to weight lift 5 days a week and hope to walk 5 miles a day. Let’s go!
171.2 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
