gooooooood morning...second journal entry...first one disappeared before i got it done...feels good to get back into my morning walks...feeling more motivated being able to get up when im ready and head out for a morning walk...its been easier to stick with walking...just need to start adding more onto my walks, as my 3.5 mile morning walk seems to be getting shorter...even though its still taking about 40 min...have been seeing more people out walkin i kno and chatting with them from time to time...apartment looking is going good ..have been added to a list ...and still moving things out slowly when i have the time...was out helping brian yesterday and he said soon as the days are alittle cooler, then we can start splittin wood and im lookin forward as thats always a great workout for me...hard work, but definately a workout for all them muscles that havent been seeing any workout...well need to eat an get this body ready for a morning walk again...stick with it an im sure i will show some improvment...have a great one...
