Well it happened again. 45 minutes with trainer and straight to hotworx FIIT cycle class which is only 15 minutes and they are right next door to each other so literally 2-3 minutes between each. Finished cycle and promptly threw up about 16 ounces of water and bile. Empty tummy fortunately. So going to have to ease off going straight after trainer session. Apparently too much intensity. On a brighter note did BOSU holding squats BOSU hop lunges (which are not graceful let me tell you) and BOSU planks chasing a marble around trying to land it in the center. I so love/hate my trainer. My bum is burning my legs were shaking. Ended with leg press and inner/outer. Then to hot cycle. All in all a good day. Only walked a mile there and back so still have 4 mile walk ahead of me today with the furry babies. It’s a rare gorgeous day here in the rainy Pacific Northwest so no excuses. (My inner fat kid is telling me to take it easy lol)

dang, good workout. if you're not, you need to drink water continuously, not in one big gulp. that will help keep ya hydrated and not puke. been there 🤣

Jenjabba, i drink about 16 oz during 45 minute workout with trainer and then the 15 minutes i am continuously drinking another 16 oz till gone. Im so hot in there. So for 60 minutes i had 32 oz. Threw up about 1/2. I dont drink in one big gulp tho i wish i could do what hubs does and just down 33 oz in one continuous drink.

Buenita that is the nicest sweetest thing. Thank you. I do try. My trainer says im really hard on myself. Like she doesnt know anyone she trains who expects so much more from themselves. I think, because i still have my much younger healthier body front and foremost. I appreciate you honey.
