gooooooood mornin everyone...wakin up to 43 and no rain for a change...gettin ready to eat breakfast an then layer up to do a morning walk...didnt do any exercise yesterday an ate way to much..guess the weather was depressing...todays a new day an a new start to gettin bck at it once again...have been thinkin alot about joining the gym again..since the weather is gettin much worse out...thinkin mabye that would get me back on track an back into a healthy exercise routine...it was once so easy to stay on track..now its a struggle...an i kno its time to take charge an do somethin...the motivation is still within me..i just need to take control once again an get back on track...well need to go an fix breakfast an then layer up...to get that morning walk over with...an ponder how to get my body bck into a steady routine of some kind...have a greattttttttttttttt friday everyone...an keep warm if your having temps like me...lol....

decided to adjust weight got tired of tryin to get it down an not seeing what i wasnt accomplishing...figured if i seen it on the graph i would try harder to get it off again...

just got home from my morning walk an it felt great to finally get in a mornin walk once again...had so much rain last several days an i guess all the inside time just got me down an eating badly...but hopefully in a few days, that will pass...
