Wow. What a week. Hope everyone's Christmas was good. Mine was great, but ate too much as you do at this time of the year. Worked since Christmas, and have had very little sleep. I now have a better understanding of what pushes my craving buttons and my "I don't care what I eat" buttons. I have had 3 of those days in the last few days, because of a serious lack of sleep. I have been so tired that I have craved everything from cakes, to McDonalds, to soft drinks (which I haven't had in ages). I gave into my cravings but I was still hungry, or so I thought... I don't need food, I need SLEEP! New year, New me. I will get past these last days of celebrations, and back on the band wagon on Saturday the 2nd of January. I haven't weighed myself. I almost don't want to know :(
