Did legs and back this morning..it's been awhile. Now my armpit area is hurting already. Believe me, that's a good thing!
I'm wondering if I should go back to egg whites to cut back on fat. I'm having trouble staying on the Atkins and eating enough calories as it is. So, fat really doesn't matter?
