thanks everyone! and blkbear i was at 100 lost in september and man i feel the ten lb difference. id really like to get to my goal, but this excess that i have on my body is going to take a long time to shrink. ive been a big guy my whole life. husky pants as a kid and 38 pants in 10th grade. so this decision as of soon to be 2 yrs ago im starting to realize will not be easy. the first 70 was easy. the next is a lonnnnnng road
