gooooooooooood mornin everyone....43 outside this mornin an didnt really do anything yesterday for exercise...brian called an i went out to help him cut up a tree an load it on back of his truck...then after we unloaded it..he decided to go road trippin to look for cars an trucks sittin in the back of barns an yards...needless to say...that was an all day exercise...i enjoy doing that, but its hard on the bottom just sittin an ridin around...found several cars an trucks but most of them are just sittin an rusting away...people just lettin them rust into the ground...did stop at a kentucky fried chicken place for buffet....it was lunch an supper for me...not sure what today will bring...have several errands to do...told brian i enjoy ridin around like that, but splittin wood would of worked off the calories better...lol...o well...another day another workout...lol...well gonna get up an find breakfast an then probly just get on that bike to no where...just really struggling with stayin focused right now...i kno its cause its still so dark out an the fact that its colder now then it was a month or 2 ago...having trouble with the exercise an with eating right...and stickin to my healthier eating habits...o well...new day..new start again....have a greattttttttttttttt day...

I so understand! It's dark when I get up and it's getting dark when I get home from work. I feel like hibernating and eating comfort food! Trust me, I've loaded wood into the back of a truck before...and it IS exercise! :) Have a great day and hang in there!

brian called this mornin an i told him to get the gas an id be out after lunch to help him..he splits an i load..then we both unload it...so be a good day of exercise this afternoon...

loosin...i had that issue a couple of winters back and the docs told me to make it very bright in the house very early to counter the darkness...do not open the blinds...it tricks your brain into thinking its daylight adn therefore happy and ready to go...it really does work...i forget the real name of this but its a documented fact that lack of day light effects some people with a mild lack of get up and go

il try that tonight by closin the one blind i keep open in the bedroom...see if i cant fool myslf...lol...its worth a try...

let me know if it helps...i put up black out blinds on the bedroom windows...i get much better sleep and by not opening the blinds until day light...i seem to have more energy ...

i will let you kno if it helps or not...but i like to look outside..lol...hate havin all the blinds pulled all the time...

only pull them until daylight and then keep the lights on also...keep the room as bright as possible..

I hate that it's dark when I wake up! Makes it so hard to. When do we change clocks again?

not really sure when the time changes back, i was thinkin at end of the month but not really sure when it does change back...

according to google... Starting in 2007, daylight time begins in the United States on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November.
