Anonb's Journal, 02 April 2024

Well, I got test results back. There will be more tests in May. I have a few things going on that need seemingly opposing charges. It's highly recommended I lose 5% of my body weight by the next appointment, but I have to be careful because of my hip. I need fiber, but not to much. I need more proprietary, but also must reduce fats. and make sure that my protein is at a good level. I have idea what magical diet and exercise program does all this, but I guess I'll be finding out.

Okay dear, I didn't forget about you ^^ easy stuff to start powders such as collegon (protein and bone health) and protein powder (protein), food sources might look like eggs, low fat milk, chicken breast, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, most beans, lean meats, are all sources of high protein low fat. Pyllum husk can be added to a diet for fiber but can cause bathroom changes so read on it before adding to diet. I just eat food sources but you have very specific needs so I thought I would include it. I'll keep thinking 🤔. Sorry have been busy. Cars still broken so walking 2.6 miles home after working really tired each day 😩.

Leah_guffey I totally get it! I recently got my first non-junker. Those are great tips! Many are easy to do (I've always preferred skim milk), but others are a bit tougher. The only meat I consume is poultry, since it's really hard for me to digest red meat and I have a seafood allergy. I put yogurt and phylum on my grocery list. Ty for the tips 😀 Please be sure to bring shoes with you, if you can. It's not good for your feet to walk that far in shoes you've been wearing all day. Hope your car is fixed soon!

Interesting I also have that same issue with red meat. Unfortunate about the seafood but I understand I have other friends that can't eat seafood. I'll keep researching though they'll be lots of other things I can only find so many things each time but we'll keep looking no worries we'll find lots of things for you to eat. That's it I wouldn't try to force yourself to eat things that you wouldn't normally eat if you're like me you'll buy them and they'll sit on the shelf you'll look at them but you won't actually eat them and you'll just end up wasting your money. I never heard that about the shoes but it kind of makes sense I guess because you've already heated the shoes and worked the materials as you worked throughout the day it'll be difficult to be able to carry the shoes but I'll try my best to work that into my backpack to be able to carry them home. Honestly I used to walk and bike all the time before I diagnosed with MS and rheumatoid arthritis and fatigue became such an issue with my medication now it's really difficult for me to be able to do the other exercise on top of my 9 to 10 hour days it just seems to wear me out so much and make it hard for me to do anything else after I do both my work day and the exercise part of the day it just wipes me out. I really hate it too because I like to be a very active person I don't understand why I just can't go back to the way I was back to irritates me a lot it's something I'm still getting used to. As for my shoes I've never been very good to my feet I used to walk through my shoes and due to not having a lot of money I would have walked with holes in my shoes to the point that I at one point had a crack in my foot for almost 2 years that refuse to heal because I just couldn't afford the shoes I had to continue walking anyways. Luckily that's no longer an issue because I now make enough money that I'm able to afford shoes on a more regular basis without having to avoid paying a bill to be able to buy them. We should be able to get the car fixed within the next week or so provides the weather holds in the mechanic is able to work on the car and a time they manner. I'll post again soon with some more ideas..
