I HAVE BEEN TERRIBLY BAD!!! I have eaten all kinds of junk every day, quite uncontrollably...and slowly but surely given up workign out too. I feel horrible. Guilt and discomfort. Sluggish. Sleepy and unergetic. Unsexy. Very thirsty and bloated.

What happened? How did I let myself go?? Well, things just sort of crept up on me...I started to let my guard down and skip gym and gym classes here and there and then pick up take out and pig out. I have also been going to more social events and got tired of feelign apolegetic for being a wall flower by not joining in the eating and drinking. So I let my guard down and decided to imbibe...and just kept on going!!!! Let this be a lesson!!! It may seem like a day or two of bad indulgence seems to forgive you, but not really, it all does catch up soon and next thing you know you've lost touch with the hard-earned and hard-developed good habits and caved and gone back to the seemingly forgotten bad ones!

I am now ready to make the re-commitment. Ready to come back to the world of normal. Dieting, workign out, sacrifices...in order to make the ultimate goal of looking good and feeling good!!

1st goal: go back to the lowest weight seen so far (136 pds) in a week (next Sunday) after working out hard daily and going back to STRICT ATKINS INDUCTION! NO CHEATING!!! NO MATTER WHAT GREAT EVENT OR PARTY IS ON THE HORIZON!!!

2nd goal: : lose another 5 pds by mid-november and get down to 130 pds

3rd goal: lose final 5 pds and get down to goal weight by Dec 9th!!


I am going to have to be very strict and diet and exercise daily because I have lots of trips, socializing, and the big holidays coming up...I can't let my guard down now or I'll gain back 10 pds instead of losing!!
