Well, after being sidelined by a knee injury for most of March, I'm back and ready to make some progress this month! 30 minutes of exercise daily and strength training 3 x per week. Can't wait to make this month great!! (Disclaimer: I'm starting slowly and gently to avoid reinjury.)
184.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
