Ugh i cheated so hard yesterday. and i actually dropped .2 pounds though I forgot to record it. I'm getting sloppy x.x but I'm not as paranoid about losing weight which in the end is good and bad xp. At least I'm eating yogurt again.

Food additions:
ciabatta bread
ice creammmmm
milano cookies
some tater tots
3 mozzarella triangles
148.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
