Ok, we are now going into day 3 of damage control - I only have .2 to go before getting back to the weight I was before Bali. Today should be ok, as I have a work training day - so I can bring my own food and be prepared for it. Hopefully by tomorrow morning, I will be recording another loss or I will be at my last weight recorded. I believe that weighing yourself everyday keeps you motivated and it keeps you accountable. Not that long ago, I was too afraid to step onto the scales because I knew what they would most likely say, and I wasn't ready for it. Find your mojo, get on those scales, and do something about it! I only have 9 more mini goals before hitting my goal weight. I know the weight loss will slow down, but I am prepared for that! Another .4 kgs and I would have lost 7 kgs in total! Bring it on!

Just look at you. You go girl. I hear you about the weigh in every day. It also keeps me in the head space I need to be in. So the motivation can kick in. Hope you have had a loss today. I finally have had one, 1/2 kg but Ill take it. Just love how you can set your goals. I really struggle with that. One of my gym friends is a psychologist so I will ask her for some help. funny how I often miss the obvious. Have a great day. Looking forward to your next loss :)
