Haven't gotten too much sleep lately. Been kind of lazy about recording what I eat, particularly when I have to write out a whole recipe or if FS doesn't have an easy alternative. Some of it may be because I have a much better idea of what certain foods do to my body or can have an educated guess of how many calories it is, assuming its on of my more typical meals.

Food Journal additions:
I made Shoyu Ramen and ate frozen grapes

On a different note, I'm currently learning ASL in school and had my first conversation with a deaf individual (my professor's bother-in-law) and it was super amazing. I'm so excited.
148.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
