9/12 ok, I feel ok, just a little frustrated IT box shows up, and I'm following the woe 100% and I'm tired. I'll keep going through it and see where I end up after day 12 then take the 2 days off to do a liquid plan to hopefully help. Then I'll decide if I'm going back on the 12/2 again or try something else. I guess I should stay with this one, but I really thought IT would show more of a downward trend. Oh well, I'm tired, going to bed soon, Hope ALL is well in FS-Land and take care to ALL.
