So I have not been that physical in a few days; however, I have felt so sick! Darn flu... Nonetheless, I am watching my diet like a hawk because I have not been as active. I hope I feel well enough this weekend to get in some physical activity. Yesterday when I got home, I put on my pjs, scrambled one egg, put it in a low carb tort and went to bed. That is how exhausted I have been. Then I thought hmmmm winter is coming; maybe I am like the bear and need to hibernate? LOL Who knows?... :D
