Okay I promised that I would try and journalize for a week. Thank you Splendid! LOL


So I have not been that physical in a few days; however, I have felt so sick! Darn flu... Nonetheless, I am watching my diet like a hawk because I have not been as active. I hope I feel well enough this weekend to get in some physical activity. Yesterday when I got home, I put on my pjs, scrambled one egg, put it in a low carb tort and went to bed. That is how exhausted I have been. Then I thought hmmmm winter is coming; maybe I am like the bear and need to hibernate? LOL Who knows?... :D

Wow thank you but I'm doing a bad job leading by example cause I didn't do a journal yesterday. But I'm on the case today and I'll write something lol.

Hope you're feeling better SOON, Girl! It's hard to stay on track when you're working all day while being sick too! Good that you're watching your food intake. That should help you lose some even if you don't get any exercise in. And remember, drink that water!!!!!! :-)
