8/12 well the IT box showed an up number and I already am kind of down and not feeling the best from my headache yesterday, so I'm not a happy camper today. But I will keep with the woe, at least through the day 12 and through the food that I bought for this woe. I just am tired of eating according to a specific woe and not seeing results on the IT box. As I said, ok my uniform fit better last Sunday which was a plus and I am resisting (at times not easily) the temptations ALL around me, so that is also a plus. BUT I just want the stupid IT box to keep showing down, down, not just down THEN up, then down, then up more than before, then stay, they up/down, etc. I really want to be below the 70s and into the 60s then work on getting to 50s and be stable around 148, (actually would like to be 138 - 142) but that just looks so far away right now :-( I have lost & gained & lost & gained (etc) so much weight it is depressing. But again, I need to look at how I feel (which is not the best today, but at least it will be ok), and how my clothes fit, and know that I am not eating or drinking no-no foods/drink. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & take care to ALL
