had a weak day yesterday and over ate. ugh. its hard to believe I was at 174. seems so far away....165?!?! ha! pipedream
182.0 lb Lost so far: 94.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This can be a tough time of year with the holidays. But it can also be a good time to lock down and refocus. One day doesn't derail all our progress and you're only about 7 lbs up from what I think was your lowest weight. Consider setting a goal for yourself to achieve before Christmas and work hard to get there, that'll give you some wiggle room during the actual holidays. We all have weak days, don't be down on yourself for it.

Don't forget you already lost more than 90 pounds and nobody goes on a life changing way without a few setbacks its only one day and you're so close to where you really want to be don't beat yourself up
