OMG im dying this diet is killing me ... i havent cheated in 2 months .. work out 4 times a week ... im dying for a cheat meal or even day ... but whats scaring me is when i hit my goal then what.. i dont know how to maintain ... last year i lost 78 lbs hit 220lb then gained 88 lbs .. im lost in this whole dieting thing ;/

Whatever you do to lose the weight, you have to do to maintain the weight. That's why it's so important to find a diet plan/way of living that you enjoy. You will always have to watch what you eat, but you should be able to add good carbs in when you get to goal. Exercise plays a huge role in keep weight off too. So make sure you are active. Good luck!
