I’m so proud of myself 🥺 not much lost on the scale but I can feel and see the difference.

@Jess , thank you so much ! I really needed to hear this. I’ve now decided on weighing myself every 4 weeks instead of weekly - I don’t want to be discouraged. Rather use my pictures for progress
