just sayin why are the last 20lbs the hardest? this gets ridiculous. and sometimes really taxing as I dont have the dedication and willpower of a good friend of mine that is really cut into shape now, of course he eats much better than I do, ugh.

And... little blips once in a while are normal, even for your buddy. Don't focus on the last 20 pounds, focus on where you've been and the many baby steps that take you away from it.
