I'm going to change to the 8-Hour Diet. Fast-5 is too spartan for me. Also, I'm going to avoid: sugar, wheat products, processed oils, and dairy. I will limit animal protein and concentrate on clean eating.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
