worst 4days in the last 6 weeks...can not stop eating...i am so confused and disapointed...

I try to stop and really THINK about what's going on that I'm feeling that way. I had the battle of the donut holes last week and still don't know why other than I know I must stay vigilant at all times and look to others for support. HERE is the place to get advice, tips, love, and support. Today is a NEW day!

Keep at it, and pay attention to what is setting off your cravings. You will conquer this!

Yes, today is a new day! Just keep doing what you are doing, it will work! I know people will disagree with me but what works for ME (for cravings): after a day or 2, if the cravings still lingers, go and get whatever you are craving for BUT in the smallest portion you can get. Just to get the taste for that craving in your mouth. Thereafter the craving will go away. Or at least, it works for me (most of the time)
