Argh. Shoulder injury. Hubs has been dealing with shoulder injuries for six months so i felt like i was having sympathy pain. Nope. My good shoulder is massively messed up. Cant lift more than 90 degrees. I have had shoulder problems now for 15 years after dropping 45 pound dumbbells while doing flys on my back. Shoulder caved in on right side and dropped the weight resulting in months of physical therapy and cortisone. Fast forward a few years and repeat. Fast forward again and had a prp injection due to frozen shoulder. Now my bad shoulder is my good shoulder. Thought i was sleeping on it funny. Nope cant move it very much. Truly screwed up. Impinged. It’s always something isn’t it.

So sorry yoh. My sil had a frozen shoulder for more than a year and couldn’t lift weights. It finally healed and wouldn’t you know, the other froze right after. Just awful. 😢

Morticia im going to start following hubs on the physical therapy he is doing from home for his issues. Wifey, when i had frozen shoulder i could not zip up my dresses. Hubs would have to zip me up to go to work and a colleague would have to unzip me to the point i could reach when i would leave at night or i would be stuck in said dress till hubs got home late at night. I worked late also so often he was home first but talk about feeling trapped in your clothing. Putting things over my head were just as difficult so the zippers were actually easier. They ever tell your sis why it happened?

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear this. I dropped a barbell on my left shoulder while doing shoulder presses. I can totally understand how you feel! Do you need PT? Sending hugs!🩷🩷

Diana im pretty sure i need to rehab it. I didnt realize i didnt have mobility till hubs had me try and do some of the stretches he has been doing to rehab his shoulder. No problem on my technically bad shoulder to do but my supposedly good, never been injured shoulder had no mobility. I was shocked. Just thought it was a little stiff because i sleep on my left side and it’s my left shoulder. So obnoxious.
