Still doing pretty well, I'm at the one month mark today and weighed in today for a total of 20 lbs lost in the first month. Yes I already know I'm not going to lose 20 lbs a month, I'm hoping for 10, and expecting 8. let's see where we are next month

After 9 months on here I am still hoping for that magic wand to wave over me and POOF I'm my perfect weight (whatever that might be). Or maybe go to sleep and wake up at goal. Or lose 20 pounds in a month (way to go you!). Hey, a girl can dream, can't she!

Congratulations on a very successful first month, 20 lbs down is great. No magic wand, but even better than that you've worked hard and done what you need to do to lose the weight. That's a big accomplishment, own it. Keep it up, hard work and dedication to your goal will continue to pay off.
