holidaybunny's Journal, 01 November 2015

I just realized, that I always weigh myself in the morning and record a journal with it but it'll have the food i ate for that day, so I wonder if people think my comments are what I ate today rather than yesterday (which is what the journal entry is about). Take yesterday for example. I ate almost 1900 calories for that day and my journal entry is complaining about gaining weight, when in reality it was about the day before when I ate under 1500 calories. Is this misleading for anyone else?

...I do? If you're looking at today's stuff I haven't recorded it yet because I haven't eaten much since it's still early in the day. Basically I record my food for the day and then the next morning I weigh myself and comment on yesterday's food/my results.
