well, i thought i could totally do this all on my own and try like slim fast or something or try to just wing it but its obvious that i need to record everything and be very strict. i work out 4 to 5 days a week for one hour and have been doing so for at least 6 months and i still am gaining weight. sooooooo fustrating. so I am going to record everything that i eat and every exercise that i do and hopefully that will work. 1200 cal diet here i come. This better work! I am seriously at the end of my rope here.
