gooooooooood wednesday mornin everyone...brrrr...43 outside this mornin...guess i better layer up this mornin for a mornin walk..took off yesterday, and only got around 1700 steps in...glad i did, i do feel more rested for a change...i could tell i needed the day off as it was takin longer to make my route in the amount of time i was use to walking it...thats whats nice about having a pedometer that keeps track of all that...you can look back afterwards an see just how long it took to walk it..didnt rake the leaves like i had planned as it was still kinda windy...brian came over an took a door off an realigned it for me so it will close better now..took longer then i think he expected...but the labor was free so didnt cost except for parts...not sure what im gonna do today to stay off my butt...lol...but im sure i will find somethin...i think im headed out to brians to spend the day, but not sure what hes gonna do today...well need to get up an eat breakfast...an then layered up to head out for a brisk morning walk...so have a greattttttttt day everyone...and keep that butt up an movin!!!!!

got to thinkin when i was walkin this morning...and how my weight just seems to louver about the same all the time...less i should eat to much salt, then it goes up, but on the most it stays in the same place...im guessin im just not gettin enough of a workout even though im doing an average of 3.5 miles in the morning an then going to brians to help him most days...not really sure what its gonna take anymore to get past this weight stall...ive come so far an yet at times i feel like a newbie....and disquested with it all..lol...
