I decided to put on my workout clothes the moment I got up, so then I have no petty excuse that I'd have to change etc. Here's to hoping I can finally start my hiit training.
151.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
