Grrr... scale's not budging. And I have been eating enough calories, working out at the gym 3-4 times a week, etc. I might cry :(

Buck up camper. Try to keep the long outlook. I looked at your progress and you are doing great. Over the last four weeks you have lost a bit more than ten pounds, which is over two pounds a week. That is exactly what is both healthy and reasonable. Doesn't seem like much but that adds up to more than 100 lbs per year. Most people with 100lbs to lose take at least that long if not longer.

You are doing fine and losing at a good rate. Patience and persistence will take you to your goal. Our bodies don't lose every week. If you eat a lot of processed foods, try to combine it with more natural foods too. Frozen/processed foods contains tons of sodium. We don't always realize how much we are taking in each day. It can effect your weight. Get in some salads, fruits, yogurt, string cheese, etc. Good luck!

NO crying! You are doing fine, sometimes this happens, but keep going. I know sometimes this feels like we are doing this in vain, but we're not. We will get there, promise.
