I didnt record measurements when i started 7.12.22 (THR day) but i had lost 30 pounds by the time i started taking measurements at end of sept 2022 but roughly 36” from the time i did start tracking. 3 feet more on my body. Mind boggling. I want to add about 3 more pounds of muscle but (given my age) my trainer absolutely does not want me to lose anymore body fat. I DO remember that i was nearly 60% bmi when i was at 227 pounds. I just dont have the records. To anyone who sees this: i am 60 years old, i am in adrenal gland failure which means my metabolism is severely diminished, i have a chronic, progressive pulmonary disease that i was on meds for past 10 years and now no longer need (except emergency inhaler occasionally). I take no other meds but HRT and supplements. I can easily walk 4 miles a day and i do occasionally doubling them with no problem. I added 1.2 pounds of muscle since 10/10/23 per inbody. I was severely obese for 8 years. From 51-58/9 years old. Only time in my life i was more than 20 pounds overweight. It can be done. Health can be regained. One day at a time. One glass of water at a time. One nutritious meal at a time. Feeling well beats a hot fudge sundae in the long run.

Ps. In body recommends that i gain 2.9 pounds. Of fat and gain 6 pounds of muscle. That would put me at 144 pounds. I know i would look better but i want to stay under 139 for my mental health. Maybe i will relax as time goes by. I know my face looks better with more weight on my frame. Notes for self in case i lose this in body report.
