Noticing a frustrating trend. I'm the lowest weight on Saturday. By Saturday night I'm thinking I've owned this week and I rock. Then by Sunday morning it fluctuates up. Then is fluctuated up on Monday morning as well. I went walking this evening since we didn't have church to try to combat the fluctuation, but I'm showing a weight right now that's even higher than I had for last week's weigh-in which I know can't be accurate because I've worked my hiney off this week in the gym and with eating enough/not to much.... so... somebody tell me what's wrong with me?!

Nothing is wrong with you. While you are losing weight, you are also building muscle (this is good) and muscle weighs more than fat... think about it. A great way to see progression is by measuring inches. Here you can actually see the difference. FURTHERMORE, going on the scale everyday is not good for your esteem (even though I do it all the time) Watching a scale fluctuate can be really depressing. What you can do is weekly weigh-ins same day same time. You are doing great... just think of how far you've come so far and keep pushing. :)

Your trend is downward - but the fluctuation is why they say only weigh once a week. I weigh twice a week, and compare Sundays to Sundays, and Tuesdays to Tuesdays because Sunday and Tuesday are usually very different!

Yeah I only record Tuesdays now but I weigh every day out of habit!
