I'm in day 2 of the 12 week challenge. I combined the requirement of taking time for myself with my 20 min workout by going for a mid day walk. Hopefully I can continue with doing this well during the entire challenge and beyond
205.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
