Sounds like you need a little support in your daily routine. ...I was feeling the same as you until my daughter started pushing me a little to eat right and exercise. If you would like, I can help give some support that might get you heading get in the right direction.

I know all the things I need to do but have no motivation. ;/ mainly because I have done all the work to get results before but i know my pattern, i don't maintain it...But this has gotten way out of hand like I never imagined...I forget that each choice I make is taking me closer or further from my desired self. This is key for remember....

Perhaps it would help to think of choices as part of bigger picture life changes - not like being deprived on a diet - choose to do things like drinking more water each day, taking stairs instead of elevators, walking to work, getting fruit and veggies for snacks...

Go amazon and look up a book called "Becks Diet Solution". It's not diet, but a book to help us change the way we think about food, our behaviors and ourselves. Look at reviews and you can buy it used cheap. You might have to start from the inside, to start changing the outside. Weight loss is a mental game. You gotta find what motivates you. Start slowly. Take a new exercise class. Get a workout dvd, some hand weights and a mat and make your own little gym. I got a food scale, measuring cups and a portion plate. Find a new diet plan you might get excited about. Make small goals (5 pounds). Reward yourself with non food items. Go on pinterest and type in "fitness motivation or inspiration".
