Feeling really good. The family is here for a visit and trying to keep eating in check. Getting it right only at times but keeping busy with the kids... so all in all a good week.
207.2 lb Lost so far: 46.3 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
