gooooooood mornin everyone...rain is gone for the day..more to come tonight...as i sit at my desk...i think about all the exercise im missin out on cause my leg isnt healed yet an how i miss doing my morning walks...funny how once you get in a healthy habit of workin out you miss that habit when you cant do it...probly go out on the drive an do a few short walks back an forth on the pavement..just to get some movement in...didnt do alot yesterday cause it rained off an on most of the day an then again last night ther was a lightening show...lots of thunder to go along with it...weather channel says good chance of rain off an on this week....as usual to late in the season for it to do any good on any produce...o well...thats life...lol..time to get up an make my bed...eat breakfast and go outside an get some movement in my legs....have a great monday everyone...

addon...eating lunch and using the new chart on my food journal tryin to get my food intake up ...so easy to not get enough calories thru the day an eat the wrong stuff as well...brian just called so tryin to get my carb intake up for this afternoon...headed out to split wood this afternoon...get a great workout in as well...somethin that i need...
