On vacation! Bermuda & Bahamas. No counting macros or lifting weights. Will be totally back on track Monday!

@YOH - Thanks! I did not take a lot of pictures because we did not have our phones on for most of the cruise. It was great to disconnect from our phones!

@wifey - Thanks and it was a great time to get to be alone with my hubby. He has been traveling so much this last year that it was fun to have something just the two of us and beautiful islands and ocean were a side benefit! LOL

@teachertracy- Thanks! We did have a great time and it was our first time going to Bermuda which was fun. We did went to the beach all day because I wanted to see the pink sands.

@annamommy- Thanks! It is funny you mentioned being safe - First thing I did before vacation was twist my back when taking the suitcase off the bad and pulled a muscle. I was so mad at myself. I was deadlifting 230# at the gym and then a suitcase takes me out!

@Diana - Thanks - I did get down to 130 right before we left so that I could eat what I wanted and not worry about my macros.

@anne- I have to honestly say that I don't know out of my exercises focus on the chest except that I know when I am really sore in that area after doing incline presses. I have a trainer and so for example if I am on heavy for incline press I will do 4 reps of the heaviest weight I can do. Then I will rest 30 seconds and then go to the Hex Bar. Rest 30 seconds and back to the Incline press. I do this 4x and the 4th set he will up my reps to 6. The next week I will do this same routine but only 3 sets with lighter weights but 10-12 reps. Then the next week even lighter weights but 2 sets with 15-17 reps. Then it starts over again with heavy and my weight is increased. Shoulder presses & flat bench press also seem to target that area if I go by soreness!

@ZWP- HA!! We were singing that song too. We did have fun and on the rain days we bought some cards and played suicide rummy and drank!
