You are doin great! You lift an impressive amount of weight! I had to look up what a prowler was… I guess it’s the sled. I use that occasionally but it’s hard to get at my gym…and I hate that people don’t take off the huge weight they put on. I usually push about 100-110 lbs. Sometimes I go to use it and it will have like 200+ lbs on it! Ugh…

@Diana - we have a track we have to push it down and back. I HATE it as it makes me nauseous thus I nicknamed it the Puker. LOL It gets my heartbeat up to 169 but you get 2 minutes rest in between so by the time I have to do it again my heart beat is down to 130. I think it is good cardio but not sure as I am not a cardio or weight lifting expert and only do what my trainer states. Yeah people should take off their weights - I always do and put them away.
