I splurged a little today with a multigrain bagel and some pasta made up of dried vegetables (with a vegetable sauce). I walked at least 10k steps and also swam for the first time for a longer time. I have a new found respect for swimmers. It's hard. I've been feeling good and have a more positive outlook than in the past. I hope this will continue.
