Recently decided to change my "diet" again. Not for weight purposes specifically, but more for overall health of my wallet & my waist line. Decided to just buy Chicken, turkey, eat beans wkly, veggies of course - frozen & fresh & nuts for snacking w/ raisins. Also will be eating REAL cereal - real oates & nuts =). Also adding even more fresh fruit to the budget. Continuing to do away w/ processed foods... Its a transition though.
