Not negating your post just saying if I overate to a point that some people do I would puke right on the spot. It’s terrible to feel that bloated. I don’t eat at all-you can -eat buffets. The chow down is wasted on me.

I didn't eat until I was about to puke, Kenna, that's you putting words in my mouth in an extremely judgmental, unkind, and unnecessary kind of way. But thank you for you input, I've got Boomer parents who say the same kind of thoughtless garbage all the time, too, it quit having any kind of effect on me years ago.
