I am having the hardest time getting motivated to lose more weight. If I set a goal of ten pounds by Sept. 1, would that help?

hey it's good to set targets but they must be realistic ones september is only 3 weeks away so you would have to lose over 3lb every week, maybe you should look at your food again i see from your weight history you were a lot lighter in jan - mar what changed maybe it's the exercise, do you stick to your points or are you just guessing, maybe your not eating enough or maybe too much i don't know, maybe you could pre-plan your meals if you dont do so now or try different meals ie big breakfast small lunch smaller tea, have your carbs in the mrning and afternoon maybe, anyway just a suggestion, hope you get it sorted xx

I am havving the same problem. And what's more frustrating is that I have gradually gained about 4-5 pounds over the past 3 months! I am trying to lose 6-8 lbs by the 2nd for out beach vacation.
