Not sure what to attribute this downward trend to because I'm not tracking food at all. I have been working out fairly consistently and have increased weight used in the workouts, so that's probably it! I would love to get down into the 140's, but we'll see!
154.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
