It’s been a full year that I have been loosing and gaining back the same 10 pounds. I’m feeling very unmotivated and disheartened. I again had to start physical therapy because my feet can’t handle the weight. I’m tired all the time. I tried Noom and honestly that does not work for me. I’m back here because last time I had to loose it was traditional calorina déficit that helped me achieve it. I dot usually journal, this time I’ll record my progress. I know this will also benefit others.
