Having burned 1500 calories before 11 AM qualifies as a good day. I finished another 31 mile bike ride this morning. I'm really hoping the longer distances on the bike help with running, because my foot gets mad if I try to do over 4x a week. It's been becoming so far, only sore usually after or later in the day. let's hope it stays that way or gets better 🤞
Anyone have any fun plans this weekend? I have a run tomorrow and then Monday I'll be making some pepper jelly from home grown peppers 😋
