The weekend was a mini-disaster food wise in that I didn't really watch my intake. One of the blessings when socializing and being a vegetarian is that people rarely have the right foods for you so you don't end up over eating however ... you're also semi-starved and eat stupid stuff like chips and cake (ugh) when you've made an oink of yourself at the fruit and veggie trays. I'm fine, back on the treadmill this morning, vega drink and onward. I'm not weighing myself until the end of the week. As I like to say "Today is a new day with no mistakes in it" :)
