Despite yesterday's fast, I ate some nuts late last night, so instead of losing additional weight, I just leveled off..well, at least I didn't GAIN any! I am frustrated though. I really want to see RESULTS!! Not this plateau and minimal progress despite really cutting down calories, carbs, fats, and junk, and working out almost everyday!
Today's meals: Breakfast: coffee with cream Lunch: (after yoga class): salad with couscous (cooked in butter and blanched almonds), with a side of some sweet dressing that i used sparingly. Dinner: (post workout): scrambled egg with veggies, meatless crumbles, cheese, light flatout bread, sour cream, salsa and halopeno.
Workout: yoga (45 mins)--mostly stretching. Abs (15 mins), full body toning class (45 mins), tai chi (1 hr). Hoping to see atleast a pound dropped tomorrow!!! damn metabolism!!
